iNNOSOUND provides accessibility services to those who are in need. Documentation of disabilities must be provided. iNNOSOUND does not charge for ADA wristbands but are given to those with approved documentation. In addition, charging stations for wheelchairs and other modes of transportation will be available. When registering for tickets, add ADA wristband and provie documentation. A confirmation email/text for approved documentation will be sent once verified.
At iNNOSOUND, we care about the health and safety of all our attendees. Weapons and paraphernalia are not allowed in the venue. Security will be available throughout the venue. Attendees are allowed to bring small, 0–16-quart coolers, bags that are transparent/ visible, small items in travel containers such as shampoo, conditioner, etc., charger cords, sleeping bags, plastic water bottles, and more. After registering for tickets, a full list is provided of what to bring.
When you're not enjoying your favorite artist, check out the fun activities around the venue! We have fun classes such as yoga, painting, and surfing. We also provide other fun activites such as a 5k run around the entire venue, a miniature water park, arcade games, rock climbing, and putt putt. We are also providing multiple vendors for your shopping needs such as official merch of your favorite artists and iNNOSOUND merch.
At iNNOSOUND, get ready to feast. We offer all kind of foods from burgers and fries to quesadillas and enchiladas. Your tastebuds will melt as we are bringing local food trucks and restaurants to the venue. When you register for tickets, your wristband gives you access to certain spots and places to hang with your friends while you grab yourself a bite to eat. In addition to amazing food trucks and restaurants, we will be providing drinks that are for ages 21+ and lower. Your wristband will also dictate where you can go to grab a quick drink. Water will be free throughout the event.
As mentioned above, we will be providing security throughout the venue. We also will have medical tents and supervisors throughout to help make your experience better. As always, we will do our best to assist in any way. iNNOSOUND, however, encourages you to always use the buddy system, speak up if something looks suspicious, and to always follow festival etiquette by being respectful of others and their experience.
